We're down with the concept. And while some of the better dining spots don't yet play the Facebook "free food" game (we're talking to you, Cafe Boulud and Rare Las Olas), man does not live on steak and lobster alone.

Here are some deals we found. Feel free to share any online coupons or offers with Clean Plate Charlie readers.

Edible Arrangements wants you to have a free pineapple pop, just for taking a pledge to eat more fruit on their Facebook page.

Ruby Tuesday is giving away free mini sliders and fries through their Facebook page.

Purina Pro Plan free cat food isn't for you - it's for the creature that coughs up hairballs in the corner. Like the Facebook page for her - she can't do it for herself.

Papa John's will email you a coupon for a BoGo pizza, when you sign up for their e-list.

Dunkin' Donuts will give you a free medium beverage of your choice for joining their DD Club.

Champps wants to give you a free hamburger for joining their mailing list.
