In our effort to introduce you to as many food trucks as we can, we're profiling a new truck each week. This week, meet Latin Burger and LB2.

Latin Burger and her sister truck, LB2, are impossible to miss. Red and hot pink with a large steer head on the trucks, they're as bold as the flavors that come out of them.

The menu is pretty simple -- burgers, tacos that impersonate burritos, and fries. That's it. And that's all it needs to be, because people still wait upward of 30 minutes on a crazy night for the Latin Macho Burger ($8), an ultrarich patty made from a blend of chuck, sirloin, and chorizo topped with oaxaca cheese, caramelized onions, and avocadolicious sauce on a freshly baked bun. It's a gut-bomb, but a delicious one, so be warned to bring an appetite, and prepare to lapse into a food coma.

Vegetarians will appreciate the portobello burger ($7), an oversized

mushroom cap, topped the same way as the Latin Macho with

cheese and onions.

Tacos ($4) come in a choice of chicken mole,

pulled pork and chicken tomatillo (we like the tomatillo, which is a

fresh and, dare we say it, healthy choice at this truck). Though they're

called tacos, the meat is rolled into the soft tortilla, making the

meal resemble a mini burrito. Call it whatever you like, because the

flavor is there and the shape makes it more portable for better

on-the-go handling.
