The Hard Rock Cafe is 40 years old. We know it sounds crazy and we hardly believe it ourselves. It seems like only yesterday that we waited in line for over an hour to get a burger with a little flag on it and look at guitars hanging from the ceilings.

OMG -- is that Gene Simmons' jock strap in a gold frame next to the ladies room?

We have to admit we haven't been to the Hard Rock in a while, but we can be lured with its four-buck burger deal.

The first 400,000 people to fill out this form will

receive an e-coupon good for a legendary burger, fries, and a Pepsi for

$4 at any U.S. Hard Rock Cafe (except Tampa).

The offer is good through December 21, so hurry. Because there's

nothing like paying next to nothing to eat a burger while staring at a

bottle of Meat Loaf's blood pressure medication.
