She's back: Hell's Kitchen season 13 champion LaTasha McCutchen is returning to 3030 Ocean for a limited time — and with a special new menu.

In 2014, McCutchen — at the time a chef at 3030 Ocean — captivated audiences (and even managed to impress the mercurial Gordon Ramsay) with her talent, winning the head chef position at his Pub & Grill located at Caesars Atlantic City.

Now, after a successful first year with Pub & Grill, McCutchen has new plans. The chef recently announced she is looking forward to pursuing her ultimate dream: becoming a private chef with a career in event catering.

In the meantime, the celebrity chef and 3030 Ocean protégé is returning for a limited stint to her former stomping grounds at Fort Lauderdale's Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, where she will reunite with mentor and executive chef Adrienne Grenier.

To celebrate the reunion, the restaurant will debut a special menu in honor of the return. From Sunday, April 3, through Wednesday, April 6, 3030 Ocean will offer guests a chance to order a four-course dinner
created by McCutchen.

The menu, priced at $79 per person with an optional wine pairing for $36, will be available nightly. Dishes will include a starter course, two main dishes, and a dessert.

McCutchen's dinner begins with an oyster trio: a grilled West Coast oyster with guanciale and pecan crumble, an East Coast fried oyster with sweet corn and pickled green tomato relish, and a kumquat and fresno chili oyster shooter topped with prosecco. Second and third courses highlight land and sea, with a red snapper cioppino and lamb osso bucco. The final course will be Carolina Shoofly pie served with bourbon ice cream and bacon dust.

During these dates, the restaurant will also continue to serve its regular à la carte menu. Reservations are strongly recommended.

3030 Ocean is located at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, 3030 Holiday Drive. Dinner is served daily beginning at 6 p.m. Call 954-765-3030, or visit 3030ocean.com.
