Famed Iron Chef Morimoto turned in his kitchen whites for tennis whites yesterday at the Boca Raton Resort & Club's tennis exhibition match.

Morimoto held his own in an exhibition tennis match against tennis stars Pat Cash, Carlos Moya, and Michael Penfors on the resort's clay courts.

Though Morimoto technically didn't win any of the matches, he did

show his superiority (and his legs) when the tables turned and it was time to

demonstrate his master sushi skills in an interactive sushi

demonstration for guests of the resort.

Morimoto was in town

for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, where he was behind the

grill at Burger Bash, cooking his 800 burger, a ground Waygu burger

mixed with Nueske bacon and onion, topped with smoked tomato aioli,

comte cheese, watercress, pickled shallots, and garlic on a rosemary

ciabatta bun.

Morimoto is also chef/owner of Morimoto's Sushi Bar at the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
