3) Use Tagalongs for a Peanut-Butter Cream Pie

Have you ever experienced a box of Tagalongs? If you haven't, let me be the first to introduce you.

Tagalongs are chocolate-covered peanut butter and wafer patties -- think Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on a really good day.

Sound good? Well, they're even more decadent when you crush them up, add butter, milk, and more peanut butter -- creating a yummy ice-box peanut-butter cream pie.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Refrigerator time: At least 4 hours

Ingredients:

1-1/3 cups Tagalongs/ Peanut Butter Patties, crushed

5 tablespoons butter, melted

1 package (3-1/2 ounce) vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups milk

1/3 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy

Preparation:

Early in the day, combine crumbs and butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Prepare pudding according to the package directions; just make sure to only use 1 1/2 cups of milk. Stir in peanut butter. Pour into pie shell. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
