Like most fun things in life, once you have kids of your own the fun is no longer your own. This includes Halloween. Once upon a time, Halloween was about barely-there costumes, pumpkin beer, and crazy parties with smoke machines.

As a parent, it is now your responsibility to make a tour of the neighborhood, carry parts of your child's costume as the night progresses, and inspect their candy for razor blades and poison.

After all that, you should probably treat yourself to a beer and a burrito and if you head over to Tijuana Flats for said B&B, you'll get an extra treat.

Walk into any Tijuana Flats location with your costumed kids tonight, and they eat free.

"This is our third year offering the 'kids in costume eat free' special on Halloween," says Tijuana Flats Director of Marketing & Public Relations, Ashley Montgomery. "Not only is it fun to see the kids, and adults alike, decked out in their Halloween costumes, but we're also able to help parents make sure they've gotten their fill on fresh, tex-mex instead of candy."

Be brave and trick or treat at the terrifying hot sauce bar. Treat yourself to a beer or glass of wine -- Tijuana Flats is one of those special few counter-service places that serves alcohol. If you're lucky, your precious little Spider Man will be passed out face down in his burrito bowl before you know it.

Happy Halloween to you.

There are Tijuana Flats locations in Hollywood, Deerfield Beach, Davie, Pompano Beach, North Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Coconut Creek, and Lauderhill.
