March was a busy month for South Florida, with plenty of restaurant openings and only a handful of notable closings.
The month welcomed the addition of long-awaited establishments like Bedner's Farm Fresh Market in Delray Beach, as well as few chains adding second locations such as Twin Peaks in West Palm Beach and The Habit Burger in Royal Palm Beach.
Sadly, familiar establishments like Armadillo Cafe in Boca Raton and Genco Sandwiches in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea closed up shop, leaving space for new restaurants to make their mark.
And there's still plenty more to come, with anticipated grand openings slated for the coming weeks with places like Banko Cantina and Lost Weekend in West Palm Beach, or Spring Chicken and B-Square Burgers in Fort Lauderdale.
