Sponsors of The Hottest Chefs of South Florida Calendar host another "Meet the Chef" party Thursday at Carmen's at the Bridge in Boca Raton. These parties are where the guests get samples of the chefs foods while getting their calendar signed.

Chef Dudley Bell Rich of Carmen's at the Bridge (Mr. February) will prepare shrimp and lobster corn fritters, Asian tuna tostadas, Italian flatbread and BBQ chicken flatbread for guests. No cost to get in, but it's a cash bar. Dancing and entertainment is provided by Paul Anthony.
The event is from 6-8 p.m. at Carmen's at the Top of the Bridge, 999 E. Camino Real, Boca Raton. Call 561-368-9500.
