After 30 years, Florida's largest regional fast-casual franchise is debuting a new brand. Miami Subs will now offer a new alternative, known as Miami Grill, giving new franchise owners the opportunity to offer an updated menu. The announcement follows several recent brand developments, including Armando Christian Pérez -- AKA music artist Pitbull -- proclaiming his equity partnership in the brand.

While signature menu items include Philly cheese steaks, wings, salads, grilled chicken dishes, fresh Angus steak burgers, hot and cold subs, and gyros, the new Miami Grill will offer an expanded new menu. The updated bar, lounge, and bistro look will include a new breakfast menu as well as beer, wine, and Dom Perignon champagne -- a historically acclaimed offering for the iconic franchise, recently reintroduced by Chwatt as part of the brand's worldwide revival.

The new Miami Grill restaurants have been designed to aesthetically represent the city of Miami, and plans for both domestic and global expansion are in the works for locations as far away as Guyana, New Zealand, Malaysia, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.

Domestically, Miami Grill announced plans for additional restaurants in Hawaii and Texas. Here in South Florida, the first location has targeted Cutler Bay, which opens in May and will feature the new logo, design, layout, and menu.
