Field Roast Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute
This increasingly popular grain meat company actually offers two turkey alternatives for the big day. First, a fancy puff pastry packed with hazelnut-infused grain meat stuffed with Field Roast sausages, crystallized ginger, cranberries, and apples.
Second, the more traditional choice, this roast features grain meat (seasoned with rubbed sage, garlic, and lemon) loaded up with sausage-style stuffing made from Field Roast grain meat, fresh cut butternut squash, mushrooms, and granny smith apples seasoned with a blend of rosemary, thyme, and sage.
Field Roast Forager's Roast
We spotted this extra-special roast at Whole Foods over the weekend. The Forager's Roast is made with foraged mushrooms, sweet butternut squash, and complex spices -- complete with a pineapple mustard glaze.
Call it the original faux-turkey, Tofurky always delivers with its "Vegetarian Feast." The whole package includes a hefty Tofurky roast, gravy, wild rice stuffing, "Tofurky® Jurky Wishstix," a vegan brownie, and coupons, too.
