This communal dinner kicks off with a beer reception at 6:30 p.m. and features roasted pig, 14-hour brisket, white bean salad, Mexican-style street corn, and more. Admission is $65. Victory Living Program’s Taco Tuesday Family Night Fundraiser
Tijuana Taxi Co. (901 N. University Dr., Coral Springs) will host a fundraiser from 5 to 10 p.m. during which 15 percent of all food sales will be donated to Victory Living Programs, which helps those with disabilities live independent lives. Call 954-616-1074.

UNcooking Demo and Dinner
Funky Buddha Lounge & Brewery (2621 N. Federal Hwy., Boca Raton) will allow participants to learn how to cook a three-course meal with raw food ingredients. The Renaissance of Classical Cuisine: Lunch with Gianluca Branca, Executive Chef

Mexico's Caribbean Coast Dinner
Max's Harvest executive chef Eric Baker and executive chef Rick Mace of Café Boulud will team up for a four-course meal at 6:45 p.m. Each meal is specially paired with wine and cocktails. Olé España
Apothecary 330 (330 Himmarshee St., Fort Lauderdale) will allow guests to sample Spanish wine varietals such as Cava, Albariño, Godello, Garnacha, and Tempranillo. The wine will be from Aveniu Brands, while the tapas and pintxo pairings are from Pizzacraft chef Dan Hernandez. This starts at 7 p.m. and is $15 for Elite Coin Members and $20 for nonmembers. Six-Course Dinner at Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar & Tapas
