Texas de Brazil, the South American restaurant that invites you to eat vast quantities of steak, is having a special wine pairing dinner this week.
The Spirit of Texas de Brazil dinner invites guests to enjoy a selection of the restaurant's private label wines along with appetizer pairings for $25 per person. Even though the portions are considered "appetizers", we've been to Texas de Brazil and we could make a meal out of these offerings:
Chardonnay - paired with chicken breast wrapped in bacon and smoked salmon crostini with creme fraiche
Merlot - paired with goat cheese crostini with asparagus, garlic picanha, and Brazilian sausage
Cabernet - paired with flank steak with chimichuri and parmesan pork.
Space is limited and guests are advised to RSVP to Mariza Neilson at (954) 400-5630.
The Spirit of Texas de Brazil pairing will take place August 24th at
6:30 at their Fort Lauderdale location, across from the Galleria Mall,
at 2457 E. Sunrise Boulevard.
The Miami Beach Texas de Brazil will offer the special pairing on August 25th at 6:30 p.m. 300 Alton Road, Miami Beach.
