When one guy leaves town, there's no reason to waste any time finding the next guy, especially when the new one is spicier than the first.
Heading out is Mark's location in West Palm Beach's CityPlace. In its place comes the just-opened Thai Jo, part of the growing and great Sushi Jo empire.
In just the last few years, the original Sushi Jo in West Palm Beach
has grown to include the adjoining Sake Jo and expanded to a Boynton
Beach and Palm Beach Gardens location. Owner Joseph Clark also
previously opened a Thai Jo in Palm Beach Gardens, where Jo fans got
the first taste of his Drunken Noodle (rice noodles stir fried with
basil, bell peppers, and carrots - $12 with chicken or pork, $15 for
beef or shrimp).
The stars couldn't be aligned more perfectly to
begin this new relationship because a date with Thai Jo won't set you
back nearly as much as a night of gorging on his sake and sushi. The
menu has several curry, stir-fry, and noodle dishes for $12 and $15,
lunch specials for $10, and tops out with Jo's Lobster Curry for $28.
With so much Jo, there's plenty of tasty Thai goodness to go around.
