South Florida is gushing with beer. Saltwater Brewery is slated to open soon in Delray Beach, and MIA Brewing is currently under construction. But haters are still gonna hate as one Miami man takes on Anheuser-Busch over false advertising.

We all know that beer is good for us, but now research indicates that drinking three beers a day can help prevent cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and high blood pressure, among other ailments. But don't be fooled by the alcohol, because too much of that is still bad for you. Who knew?

Miami Man Sues Anheuser-Busch for Deceptive Beck's Beer Labels

It seems rather trivial, but some people really do take truth in advertising seriously. Francisco Rene Marty of Miami-Dade County is suing Anheuser-Busch, maker of Beck's, over misleading consumers into thinking that Beck's is authentically brewed in Germany. The suit says that some of the labels state "Originated in Germany" despite the fact that "Product of USA" is written in fine print. The class-action lawsuit is seeking $5 million in beer money.

Stone Brewing Sends "Sell Out" Tweet After Brewing Acquisition, Then Deletes It

Stone Brewing founder and CEO Greg Koch Tweeted on Friday that he will never sell out. This wouldn't be such a big deal had he not sent it within 24 hours of Duvel's acquisition of Boulevard Brewing Co., then promptly deleted it.

Deep Ellum Brewing Co. Accused of Using Rape Culture to Sell Ale

Deep Ellum Brewing Co. in Texas is being criticized for one of its products, Dallas Blonde ale. Genevieve Cato wrote on the Burn Orange Report, a political blog, that the brewery was using "rape culture" to promote its product, a claim the brewery says goes too far.

Saltwater Brewery to Open Soon In Delray Beach

Palm Beach County will soon receive another craft brewery when Saltwater Brewery opens in Delray Beach. The brewery is located along the railroad tracks just off I-95 in a barn that locals used to know as the Rustic Rooster. With a 20-barrel brewing system and six 40-barrel fermenters, Saltwater Brewery means serious craft-beer business.
