Now that your liver has had a day to recuperate from Cinco de Mayo it's time to get back on the horse and get your drink on once again! Dust off your best Great Gatsby inspired seersucker outfit because it's time for the Kentucky Derby! You don't have to be an equestrian enthusiast to appreciate the Kentucky Derby you just have to have an appreciation for the finer things in life--bourbon, wearing outlandish hats that would put the royals to shame and drinking mint juleps from sleek silver tumblers. The Kentucky Derby would not be complete without a frosty mint julep. Try these two variations on the classic mint julep!
These tasty julep recipes were dreamed up by famed bartender, Erick Castro at Rickhouse in San Francisco. Angel's Envy Bourbon, created by world famous, whisky hall-of-famer
(yes, there is a Whisky Hall of Fame), Lincoln Henderson just launched
in South Florida this week. New julep recipes and new booze? Call your
