With Easter being only a hop away, it's time to get all your eggs in a basket. You may already have the kids' baskets prepared and you know where you're going to church -- but do you know where you're going to brunch?!

This Easter, many of your favorite restaurants will be setting up an elaborate and tasty feast to celebrate the holy day -- and we are not talking about your local IHOP! So whether you are Catholic, born-again Christian, Muslim, Buddist, Jewish, or something in between, check out this list of places to dine for brunch this Easter Sunday.

Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein is providing two noshing options for Easter Sunday morning. Between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m., patrons can enjoy the sunrise breakfast for $20 per person. Brunch will be a delicious three-course affair from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the price set at $55 per adult and $35 per child.

This might be your go-to place for late-night drinks, but if you have not been here for brunch, you may be missing out. Omelets, stuffed French toast, classic eggs Benedict, and sweet banana crème brûlée will all be available. City Cellar will also be starting its dinner menu at least two hours early to allow guests a bigger selection.

Executive Chef Peter Masiello presents his a la carte brunch menu this Easter, featuring dishes such as the Maine lobster omelet ($18) with artichokes, terragon and tomatoes. Prime also serves delicious buttermilk pancakes ($10) with your choice of blueberries, chocolate chips, strawberries or bananas topped with your choice of pure Vermont maple syrup, honey butter or fruits preserves and jams. Healthier option are aslo available; try the pan roasted Scottish salmon ($14) served with haricot verts, tender greens and grape tomatoes. Don't forget to pair your brunch with delicious cocktails including the Prime Mary ($9) or the peach nectar Bellini ($12).

This Easter from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., for $29.95 per person, Lola provides guests with unlimited mimosas and bloody mary's along with a brunch buffet. Additionally, there will be live jazz music for your entertainment. There will also be a $29.95 dinner buffet from 4 to 9 p.m.

Deck 84 will be hosting a tropics-themed waterfront Easter brunch! Executive Chef Chuck Gittleman will be preparing some of his breakfast specialties including Broccoli, Spinach and Gruyere Quiche ($10) served with chef potatoes, fresh fruit and a muffin.  Other options include the Nova Smoked Salmon Flatbread ($13) served with scallion cream cheese and tomatoes on everything flatbread. Additionally, there will be a build-your-own Bloody Mary Bar from 12 to 3 p.m. While you feast on your quiche and cocktails, children can order their favorites such as Cinnamon and raisin French Toast (4) or Scrambled Eggs and Chef's Potatoes ($4).

Enjoy your Easter brunch in a brand new, beautiful 8,000 square foot restaurant. Pinon Grill is a new addition to the Terrace at Town Center Mall in Boca Raton (right next to Blue Martini). Enjoy many of the exciting menu items such as the "Make Your Own Skillet Scrambler" ($12): choose three whole eggs or egg whites, with your choice of delicious fillings like beef brisket, gulf shrimp, pulled chicken and American Bacon. Got a sweet tooth? Order the Pinon French Toast ($12), thick brioche bread dipped in french toast batter, then rolled in granola, cooked on the griddle and finished off with strawberries, blueberries and bananas and served with a side of crispy bacon.

Texas de Brazil will also be serving refreshing Brazilian mimosas, a frozen cocktail made with house Champagne, blended with a choice of fruit purée and a splash of orange juice -- yum! Additionally, mango, papaya, wild berry, strawberry, pomegranate, passion fruit, and guava flavors are available. Texas de Brazil will open at noon on Easter Sunday.

This Easter, Blue Moon will host an all buffet-style brunch with a carving station including lamb, prime rib, and ham. Fish entrées, pastas, and desserts will also be available. The brunch will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will cost $44.95 per person; there will be special rates for children.

Bimini Boatyard is famous for its brunch, and for good reason -- the elaborate feast includes a famous signature seafood boat stocked up with crab, oysters, shrimp, and fish. Traditionalists can also choose from freshly prepared omelets and French toast or indulge at the bread table, consisting of pastries and breakfast breads -- make sure you leave room for dessert and cocktails. Live music and dockside seating is available. Brunch is $32.95 a person and $13.95 for children.
