The 16th annual New Times Beerfest is coming!
The event, which features more than 100 brews and live music, happens on Saturday, April 6, from 6 to 11 p.m. at Esplanade Park in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Sample beers from some of the nation's best breweries, like Cigar City, Magic Hat, Brooklyn Brewery, Lagunitas Brewing, and Capital Brewery, as well as limited-edition craft beer at our Homebrewers Alley -- new for 2013.

General-admission tickets cost $30 in advance. VIP tickets cost $75
and include access to the special VIP tent, additional samplings of
premium craft beers, and preferred stage views for the live concert.
But
we've got your tickets right here, buddy. Clean Plate Charlie is giving
away a pair of Beerfest tickets right now.
Want to win? Just tell us about your
very first beer in our comments section -- and be sure to register and comment with a
valid email address (so we can contact you if you win). We'll pick the
most creative answer on Thursday, March 28, and announce the winner.
In the meantime, you can purchase tickets here (just in case).
Don't forget! If you're a home brewer and want to share your special brew, we want you! To participate, brewers must bring
the equivalent of at least three kegs to the party (so to speak). We'll
provide you with a table, two chairs, a lighted space, signage, and two
staff badges. For details and to reserve your spot, contact [email protected], or call 305-571-7579.
