Unless you have been living under a rock at the bottom of the ocean on a planet in a distant solar system, you are probably aware of a little film franchise known as The Hunger Games.

The second installment of said franchise, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire starring the charmingly meme-worthy Jennifer Lawrence comes out today. (Squeal!) Check out our review and local movie times.

You are probably asking yourself, what does this have to do with a food blog?

Well, we have a question for you - how good are you at catching food in your mouth?

Are you internet-fame-worthy good? Because, if you are, you could win a pair of AMC movie tickets.

Panache PR & Marketing is responsible for the competition:

Contestants can submit a 15 seconds video of themselves in the act of catching food in their mouth. It can be wherever, whenever as long as the video is submitted within the time limit. But the video can not be longer than 15 seconds. Who ever submits the most creative "Catching Hunger" video will win a pair of AMC movie tickets to see a film of your choice!

Participation is simple. First, like Panache on Facebook or follow it on Twitter, @PPRMofNYC. Next, send them a link to your 15 second video. Creativity counts!

If you've got an Instagram - which, let's face it, if you're the type of person who would submit a 15 second video of yourself catching food in your mouth to the world wide web you probably have an Instagram account - you can submit it there as well, just make to tag @PPRM_NYC.

Whether you share it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, you must use the hashtags #CatchingHunger #PanacheLife. The contest begins at 12:30 p.m. Eastern time today and will close at 6:30 p.m. The winner will be announced at 7:30 p.m. tonight.

No multiple entries will be allowed.

(Please do us here at Clean Plate Charlie a favor and share your video with us too. We aren't involved in the contest, we just enjoy a good laugh. And if one of you loyal readers wins - let us know!)

May the odds - and the food - be ever in your favor.
