Zed451 in Boca Raton's Mizner Park is opening its doors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays for brunch. Already a success on Sundays, the brunch offers a multitude of choices for mid-day eating.
To celebrate the first Saturday brunch, all weekend (Jan. 22-23), the brunches are priced
2-for-1. It's this weekend only, however.
Favorites from the menu
are the Buffalo-basted chicken and waffles, crab cake eggs Benedict and
add ons, Cajun bacon with a kick and decadent duck-fat hash browns.
The
Harvest Tables filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, charcuterie,
artisan breads and composed salads, are set center-room as a buffet.
In-house pastry chef Kate Milashus provides a hefty tableful of sweet
endings.
At the bar, the spotlight at brunch is on the apple cinnamon toast martini - infusions made in-house.
