No. 18: Grilled Achiote-Rubbed Fish Tacos from Havana Hideout

Lake Worth's primo dive bar, Havana Hideout, also features some primo eats, thanks to 

owner Chrissy Benoit's passion for homespun food. For a place that's

little more than an orange building with four walls and a tropical,

outdoor garden, the food turned out at the Hideout is something

special. Benoit's place got a turn on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives

with host Guy Fieri last year, and the little hole in the wall has

become more than a cult favorite since. It's achiote-rubbed fish tacos

are its signature dish -- grilled fish made smoky with spicy chili

rub, then cooled off with a splash of Benoit's fresh, tropical

pineapple salsa. Sweet, smoky, spicy, tropical, and oceanic, these

tacos combine the best of Florida with honest Latin-inspired grub.
