73. Clams and Chorizo From Longboards

Chorizo spices up sweet "middlenecks," these little clams steeped in a white wine broth. Brightened with scallions, this starter is among the daintiest offerings on a menu of otherwise big portions.

Another Rodney Mayo production, Longboards sports a New England seafood-shack- meets-surfer-hang theme. It's open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
