Would you ever dream of spending over $100,000 at a restaurant or nightclub? Could you?

We know one guy who can. Apparently blowing a small fortune in one night is considered money well spent for Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban. He spent a reported $110,000 celebrating his team's NBA Finals Championship win Sunday night.

The spot: Club Liv at Miami's Fontainebleau. The tab: A $90,000, 15-liter bottle of Armand de Brignac, a super-premium champagne known as the Ace of Spades, and often seen in the hands of celebrating celebrities like rapper Jay-Z. The lucky recipients: Cuban's star players, including Dirk Nowitzki, Jason Terry, Brian Cardinal and Shawn Marion. And the best part: The tip! Cuban wasn't cheap. He left a 22 percent tip of $20,000 to the staff attending his party that night.

"Worth every penny," he told the NY Post via e-mail. Well, we certainly hope so!

While most of us will never be able to afford a bottle of champagne that could pay off a mortgage or buy a new Bentley, there are still a few ways to party like a rockstar (one that's on a working man's budget) in South Florida. You just have to know where to look.

They are:

3. The Black Diamond Roll at City Oyster in Delray Beach

For $100 you can savor this salmon and avocado sushi roll made extra pricey after being topped with just a single ounce worth of the highly coveted Black River Ossetra Caviar, the eggs of the wild Siberian sturgeon. While just one roll probably won't even come close to filling you up, it will surely empty your wallet. Enjoy!

2. A shot of tequila at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar in West Palm Beach (and Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton)

A single taste of this new tequila will cost you $300 (it's not even on the menu yet, so you'll have to ask for it at the bar!). But with over 200 bottles of tequila to choose from, you'll have no problem finding plenty of ways spend your weight's worth in alcohol at this popular South Florida chain.

1. The Elite Dirty Martini at Dirty Martini in Palm Beach Gardens

Here, $400 will get you -- that's right -- a single drink. Made with Stoli Elite Vodka and dry vermouth, this is one martini you won't ever forget. But what makes it so damn expensive? The fact that it's served in a Swarovski Crystal martini glass and garnished with a 1/10th karat diamond martini pick. Hey, even if you black out, at least you'll have something to remind yu why most of your paycheck is missing.
