With the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup around the corner, the energy is high, and the food at each Inter Miami game is even better. From Michelin-starred chefs to a courtside omakase experience (it's wild) and some classic Argentine street food, here is everything you need to know for the next game, which is Saturday, July 12, at Chase Stadium.
Award-Nominated Cocktails and Argentine Street Food at The Fan Zone
The Fan Zone opens three hours before the match, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the grounds. Start the culinary tour at Sweet Liberty, one of Miami's most renowned bars. Out of the two locations at Chase Stadium, one in the fan zone and another in the Northeast corner, bartenders can craft refreshing signature cocktails including the fruit forward "Tropical Storm," the "Intergalactic," for gin lovers, the "Can I Kick It," and "The Goat" named after Messi, which combines Espolòn Añeejo tequila and Aperol.
Located right next to Sweet Liberty at the Fan Zone is Argentine street food star Mr. Chory, a gift for Messi's fans. Guests can expect authentic Argentine asado, including the signature choripan sandwich and the grilled asado mix of vacio beef, bondiola pork, and chorizo, served with chimichurri, garlic sauce, and chips.
"I feel happy to belong here," says Alejandro Malti, owner of Mr. Chory. "I'm happy I get to serve the fans. Inter Miami CF is a family. Messi joined to strengthen the team and fútbol overall in the United States. He will leave a legacy here, and we are happy to be part of it."
Mercado Food Hall: A Culinary Journey
At the Mercado Food Hall tent, fans will find two things: delicious tacos and the self-proclaimed best milanesas in South Florida. La Milanation is rummored to be Messi's favorite, serving the classic Argentine milanesa sandwich and the classic Argentine napolitana sandwich. Right next to the milanesa sandwiches, fans can find Tacotomía by Karla Hoyos. This women-owned restaurant took Miami by storm and is now serving its tacos to Inter fans. Some must-tries include the Mexican Nacho tray, pollo adobado, carne asada tacos, and quesadillas.
VIP Omakase Experience in the Northwest Club
The Northwest Club is constantly innovating itself. Every game, the club prepares a culinary experience inspired by the team Inter is playing. With no shortage of savory and sweets, the club also offers a very close view of the field. The biggest highlight of the club, however, involves plenty of sushi, sake, and pitch views. Located on the second floor, fans can enjoy a sophisticated 12-course dining journey crafted by Andrew Major of Miss Crispy Rice and executive chef Gregg Krupin. The first seating is available 30 minutes before gates open, while the second is two hours before kickoff.
Club Experience with Miami's Favorite Chefs
At the East Exclusive Club, fans will find James Beard Award winner Michelle Bernstein, while at the Midfield Club, fans can find culinary pioneer Bradley Kilgore. Midfield Club will feature a rotating selection of elevated dishes every match, as well as two signature cocktails from Sweet Liberty, providing fans a comfortable game experience and some of Miami's favorite bites."I've been here for 75 games now," says Kilgore. "Seeing the different types of people that come to the game, and then also starting to see so many of the same faces, regulars coming here, got us inspired to really just take it to the next level. We change the menu every game, and how often do you have hearts of palm with King Trumpet mushrooms at a fútbol game?"
Other amazing stops around the stadium include Wynwood's Smashburger joint, Celia's, Quimera, which serves handcrafted arepas and empanadas, and Doggi's, which serves Venezuelan cuisine.
