Support the independent voice of South Florida and help keep the future of New Times free.
Biergarten Boca Raton is getting down to its Bavarian roots when it hosts a special three-course beer pairing dinner Wednesday, February 22, at 6:30 p.m.
The event is part of Biergarten's monthly bier dinner, held every third Wednesday. The dinner is $35 per person, plus tax and gratuities, and includes a three-course dinner, paired with three different biers (including unlimited refills).
The food portion of the pairing is not yet set but will include
authentic Bavarian cuisine to be paired with Spaten Optimator
Doppelbock, Konig Ludwig Weissbier, and Franziskaner Hefe Weisse biers
-- all hailing from Germany.
The dinner will be held at
Biergarten's upstairs lounge, and seating is limited. To reserve, call
561-395-7462, or email reservations@biergartenboca.com.

Keep New Times Broward-Palm Beach Free... Since we started New Times Broward-Palm Beach, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
