Chris Palmer Out at Tap 42

Chris Palmer, Tap 42's chef, has left the building.

Tap 42 operating partner Andy Yeager confirmed Palmer's departure, which happened yesterday, March 18. Yeager told Clean Plate Charlie that Palmer "moved on to pursue other endeavors."

Yeager said that although he'll miss the talented chef, he "wishes him the

best of luck." A replacement hasn't been named yet, though Yeager

said the restaurant team was talking to a few talented candidates.

Yeager

himself is a new addition to the restaurant, having been with Tap 42

for a short time.  When asked what's in the works for the gastropub,

Yeager said his focus is to maximize the potential of the restaurant.
