As we mentioned in our South Beach Wine and Food Festival "Top Tastes of the Tent" blog, VeeV's Spa Cooler cocktail was a true standout. So, gosh, why would we try to keep the recipe from you? After all, you deserve a taste of the spa, dontcha? [And this is a much cheaper way, quicker way to get the same results as a full-body Swedish rubdown, anyhow.]
Spa Cooler
2 ounces VeeV Açaí Spirit
5 mint leaves (basil or sage can substituted for mint)
5 cucumber slices (thin)
1 ounce fresh lime juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
Directions:
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks
glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice and sprig of mint. (Can also be
served double-strained in a chilled cocktail glass.)
