It's hard to believe the Cooking Channel is turning one!  Roger Mooking, star of Everyday Exotic, is celebrating by giving away free ice cream with the Cooking Channel's Frozen Treat Truck Tour 2011.

The tour is coming to Yellow Green Farmers Market in Hollywood this Sunday, September 25th from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Stop by and get a free frozen treat and meet this really adorable cooking channel host.

Speaking of food trucks, there are four food truck roundups this weekend in Broward County. From sports-themed parties at Gulfstream Park to family-friendly gatherings, get your fill of gourmet street food this weekend. Here's the rundown:

Friday, September 23rd

Food Truck Invasion at Al Hendrickson Toyota in Coconut Creek. Trucks serve dinner from 5 - 10 p.m. and include 90 Miles,
