Runway shows are great for people who are really into fashion--or just people who like to stare at hot models. Either way, they tend to draw a crowd, which is good for charitable purposes.

The Second Annual Dress to Impress for LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) Runway Fashion Show is taking place tonight at SoLita Italian Restaurant in Delray Beach. The event is free, but proceeds for VIP seats will help LLS Man of the Year, Victor Concepcion, raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of South Florida.

Concepcion got involved with the society after losing a friend to a rare form of Leukemia.

"I wanted to help out a terrific foundation that is close to my heart," he said, "This event is a great way to build relationships with young professionals and create incredible memories while raising money for charity."

Over 40 male and female models will be strutting their stuff down the 100 seat runway, wearing garb from local South Florida boutiques. Vendors such as Chic Devotion, Roxy LuLu, Zamora Swimwear, and others will also be selling their wares in a trunk show, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting LLS.

A bachelor/bachelorette model auction will be selling some of the models off for a date with the highest bidder. A live and silent auction--of goods, not people--will also be featured.

ESPN Radios' Josh Cohen will be the Master of Ceremonies and DJ Adam Lipson will be spinning.

"Last year was a huge success for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. We are once again happy to be hosting this fundraiser for Victor," said SoLita owner Stephen Dapuzzo, "We love the idea of bringing together great Italian food and drinks combined with a stylish fashion show to create an unbelievable event."

The event is free, but dinner reservations are strongly encouraged. VIP seats are $50 per person, which includes a 'swag bag.'

The party starts at 8 pm. The show starts at 9:30 pm.
