Juicing is a big craze right now, and we have to admit, some juicing fanatics look pretty good (did you see how great Jack LaLanne looked in his 90s?) But we still can't help feeling that all those liquid veggies could use a touch of magic to help wash them down. Like maybe... tequila?

So when Ray Ramos, the mixologist for the W Fort Lauderdale Hotel, decided to combine spirits and juices into cocktails, he had our complete attention.

Each cocktail is packed with nutrients like vitamin C and antioxidants. They're also all under 200 calories, which makes it easy to have two and still keep your diet. Plus you can feel good knowing you're taking part in the juicing craze. So what if you added a "secret, special ingredient" to your juice? While each recipe calls for tequila, we can't help but think vodka or gin would work equally well. Don't you love when there's room for experimentation?

Get these veggie-based cocktails at Living Room and Whiskey Blue at the W Fort Lauderdale hotel -- or break out that juicer you bought at 2 a.m. from QVC with nothing but good intentions and make them at home with these recipes.
