It's time to stock up on candy and gather around with your peeps; Easter is almost here! Here are some of the places with fun-filled activities where you can celebrate Easter with the kids along with the Easter bunny himself! Don't forget your baskets.

1. Palm Beach Zoo

When: Saturday, April 16 -- 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. 

           Sunday, April 17 -- 9 a.m.  or 10 a.m.

           Saturday, April 23 -- 9 a.m. or 10 a.m.

 

Cost: Members Adults $16.95

         Children (3-12) $9.95

         Toddler (0-2) Free (limited to 2 free toddlers per party)

          Additional Toddlers $4.95

         Non-Members Adults $16.95

         Children (3-12) $18.95

         Toddler (0-2) Free (limited to 2 free toddlers per party)

Why: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny!

 

The Palm Beach Zoo will be celebrating Easter with Easter egg hunts, a hot breakfast buffet and a visit from the Easter bunny! Register early, space is limited

 

2. Boomers

When: Sunday, April 24th --10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

 

Cost: Free!

 

Why: Where else can you enjoy candy-filled Easter eggs and go-carts at the same time?

 

Boomers will be hosting a Easter egg hunt with the Easter Bunny leading the way! After the hunt, the whole family can participate in activities such as bowling, arcade games, miniature golf and go-carts! *Prices for activities and games vary; Easter egg hunt is free!

 

3.Pembroke Shores Park

501 SW 172nd Ave.

Pembroke Pines, FL

 

When: Saturday, April 23 -- 9 a.m. sharp

 

Cost: Free!

 

Why: 26,000 Easter eggs!

 

The first 500 children to arrive at this free event will get a complimentary pair of bunny ears. In addition to the Easter egg hunt, there will also be face painting, a bounce house, balloon animals and a visit from the Easter Bunny himself!

 

3. Boomers

Why: Beautiful park along with Easter eggs filled with cheerios for babies and yummy candy for the kids!

 

Shepherd of the Coast Christian School will be hosting a community Easter egg hunt for children ages 2-10! The Easter bunny will make a surprise visit as the kids search for the eggs!

 

5. St. Clement Catholic Church

    225 NW 29 Street

    Wilton Manors, FL

  

When: Saturday, April 16 -- 10 a.m. to noon

 

Cost: Free

 

Why: An Easter Magic Show!

 

Wilton Manor Leisure services presents a Spring Eggstravaganza! There will be lots of activities including an Easter egg hunt, bounce houses, a special magic show and lots more! Bring your camera for pictures with Peter Cottontail!

 

6. Weston Regional Park

20200 Saddle Club Rd.

 

When: Saturday, April 23, 2011- 10 a.m.

 

Why: Golden candy filled eggs!

 

Join Sheriff Al Lamberti as he hosts this free royal egg hunt and community gathering! There will be over 15,000 candy filled eggs along with golden colored eggs that come with a prize! The Easter Bunny will be making a special appearance soon after all the activities begin!
