4. Cypress High Tea After Party

Popping up as a late-night after party, James Beard award-winning chef Michael Schwartz is bringing his highly acclaimed Miami Design District spot the Cypress Room to the Four Season Resort Palm Beach on Saturday from 11:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. For $75 per person, guests get to sample libations from the restaurant's Beverage Book and the special -- alcohol-included -- Cold Tea Service, served in vintage bone china. Passed hors d'oeuvres, tea sandwiches are being offered as well as a carving station set up by chef de cuisine Roel Alcudia. Famed pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith is preparing desserts.

3. Southern Comfort - A Hair of the Dog Experience

Sundays afternoons are best enjoyed with cocktails, food, and live music. From noon to 3 p.m., Swank Farms and Sundy House's Lindsay Autry are hosting this farm-to-table lunch with acclaimed chefs chefs Timon Balloo, Michael Ferraro, Darryl Moiles, Marc Murphy, James and Julie Petrakis, Daniel Serfer, Stephen Stryjewski, Marc Vetri, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Clayton Miller. Jeff Benjamin, Mariya Kovacheva and David Lombardo are on wines and Charles Steadman is mixing up refreshing cocktails. In addition to helping out in the kitchen, Marc Vetri will be performing with his friend, Grammy award-winning musician Phil Roy -- chances are you're not going to see that anywhere else. The cost to attend is $200 per person.

2. The Grand Tasting

For anyone looking to get the most bang for your $100 -- and sample food and drinks from some of the best restaurants in the region -- the Grand Tasting is the event to check out. Participating restaurants include 3800 Ocean, Addison Reserve, GiGi's, HMF at the Breakers, Meat Market, PISTACHE French Bistro, Shake Shack, Swine Southern Table & Bar, The Bazaar by Jose Andres, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, Virginia Philip Wine Shop & Academy, and more. Also featured as part of the event, the Grand Chef Throwdown presented by Creekstone Beef and hosted by WPTV's Jay Cashmere is pitting some of the areas top chef against each-other for the chance to win money for their chosen charities.

The Grand Tasting is taking place at 150 Worth in Palm Beach.

1. Sustain by the Ordinary

Hosted by PB Catch, Sustain is a pop-up of James Beard award winner Mike Lata's famed seafood hall and raw bar the Ordinary in Charleston, South Carolina. Since opening earlier this year the restaurant has earned numerous awards and accolades, including spots in Bon Appetit and Esquire's lists of Best New Restaurants. PB Catch's Aaron Black, Zach Bell, and Dean Max will be joining Lata for the event. Trust us: 125 bucks is a lot less than traveling up to Charleston. The dinner is taking place on Sunday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
