Who cares if your sloppy spring break days are behind you? This is South Florida, and the party doesn't stop just 'cause you've graduated. Fall in with the pack during the inaugural FortLauderdaleBarCrawl.com event taking place on Saturday night. The crawl is 6:30 to 11 p.m. hitting eight bars, with each one providing a free drink, plus shot and drink specials. Check-in is at 6:30 p.m. at Lucky's Tavern in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The cost is $20 in advance or $25 at the door.

1. Burgers & Beer Festival

When will the burger madness end? Not anytime soon, judging from this weekend's inaugural Burgers & Beer Festival from 5 to 11 p.m. Friday in Seminole Paradise at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Tuck into samples from Hard Rock Cafe - Hollywood, Latin Burger, Liguori's Fired Up! Wood Oven Pizzeria, Randazzo's Little Italy, 100 Montaditos, Big Mouth Tacos & Burgers, Dania Beach Bar & Grill, Knucklehead Burgers, Renegade BBQ Company, The Pincho Factory, The Tipsy Boar, Whiskey Tango, and others. On tap will be tastings from Big Wave Golden Ale, Margaritaville Spiked Tea, Medalla Premium Light, Pipeline Porter, Redhook Wit, Shock Top Lemon Shandy, Shock Top Wheat IPA, TILT, and Ultra 19th Hole. A panel of judges will crown "South Florida's Best Burger" while attendees can vote for a people's choice award. Headlining the evening's entertainment are Candlebox and Republik. Tickets are $35 in advance or $85 for VIP ($45 and $95 at the door, respectively).
