If not, you'll need to figure something out, like, now.

While most of the world is getting ready to dress to the nines for some big extravagant dinner, some of us would prefer to keep it low-key on V-Day.

But no matter what you do, alcohol always helps.

Whether you're entertaining girlfriends -- or boyfriends -- for a love-themed singles night or staying in with the love of your life, a good cocktail always seems to impress.

We drummed up five Valentines Day cocktails to make at home on Friday night.

1 ½ ounces SKYY Infusions Vanilla Bean

Half ounce SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape

¾ ounce lime juice

Half ounce simple syrup

Half cup organic raspberries

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass.

Red Valentine

1 ½ ounces Patron silver tequila

One ounce organic brand lemonade

Splash of Rose's red grenadine syrup

Red sugar for rim

Lemon wedge

Combine tequila, lemonade, and grenadine in a mixer with ice and stir. Dip the rim of a glass in lemon juice and then red sugar. Strain the tequila mixture over fresh ice into the glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Combine one part Plymouth Sloe Gin with three parts chilled Champagne in a flute. Garnish with three blueberries.

One ounce Vanilla Swedka Vodka

1 3/4 ounce Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

Splash of cream

White Chocolate

Vanilla Brittle

Combine the first three ingredients in a mixer with ice. Strain it into a martini glass. Garnish the drink with white chocolate and vanilla brittle.

Sparkling Cherry Bourbon

One ounce Knob Creek bourbon whiskey

Two ounces Knudsen's Sparkling Cherry Juice

Fresh cherries for garnish

Pour bourbon and cherry juice over ice. Garnish with fresh cherries.
