Earls Kitchen + Bar to Open Fort Lauderdale Location in March

Earls Kitchen + Bar is debuting in Fort Lauderdale with a new location on Las Olas Boulevard — its first in Fort Lauderdale. Set to open on Wednesday, March 5, the restaurant will serve modern American cuisine in a space designed to reflect the coastal charm of the area but with a moody, sophisticated ambiance. With dozens of locations across the U.S. and Canada, including the hotspot that has been Earls Dadeland for over a decade, the Canadian-based chain hopes to bring its dynamic dining experience to one of South Florida's most popular cities.

A Two-Story Dining Experience With Outdoor Patio, Views of Las Olas

The spacious new spot will take advantage of its prime location on Las Olas, featuring a mix of indoor dining and a spacious rooftop patio. The airy, two-level design will provide views of the street below, offering guests the perfect spot to relax while taking in the atmosphere.

"At the heart of Earls is a commitment to creating unforgettable dining experiences," adds Hladik. "Our team created an offering that is tailor-made for locals and visitors, ideal for leisurely lunches, nights out on the town, special occasions, and everything in between."

The Las Olas location, designed by the restaurant's in-house creative team, blends modern style with Fort Lauderdale-inspired coastal influences. The space includes two bars and a dining area accommodating everything from intimate meals to large private events. The exterior features white brick and striped awnings, adding a touch of historic charm, while the interior highlights rich mahogany tones, patterned fabrics, and sandy-textured brick tile flooring—a nod to the vintage yachts of Fort Lauderdale's canals.

Upstairs, a coral-colored stone bar adds a pop of color, and rattan light fixtures create a cozy ambiance. The design also showcases a collection of local artwork, including an ocean-inspired mural by homegrown, female-owned artist Chalk and Brush Design Co.

A Perfect Pairing: Margaritas and Modern American Cuisine

Guests can expect a menu that combines globally inspired Modern American cuisine with a focus on premium ingredients. The lineup includes USDA prime steaks, seafood towers, sticky Korean ribs, and spicy Calabrian pasta. Other standout dishes include a tomahawk maple-glazed pork chop and Wagyu beef oshi press.

The bar program features a selection of carefully crafted cocktails, wines, and spirits, including Earls' signature Margarita made with 100 percent agave tequila and fresh-squeezed juice. Guests can also enjoy daily specials, from happy hour deals to steak features and a bottomless weekend brunch.
