Reinfeld made a recent relocation to South Florida, and he's hosting a five-day vegan fusion culinary immersion in Hollywood that's coming up on April 17th through 21st. Attendees learn everything they need to know to become a plant-based powerhouse, wielding expertise in whipping up everything from soups to seitan to seed milks.

In exciting news for South Floridians, Reinfeld is also working with partners in Florida's organic farm industry to open a retail market concept in Miami towards the latter part of the year. Can't. Wait.
