The 16th-annual New Times "Original" Beerfest is coming to Fort Lauderdale's Esplanade Park tomorrow, April 6, from 6 to 11 p.m. We can feel the excitement in the air as we prepare to drink plenty of good beer, eat delicious food, and listen to some of the best live and local talent south Florida has to offer.

Beerfest features over 100 different brews compliments of over 40

different brewers and restaurants; great food; live music on the

Revolution Live! stage; and an area where you can watch all the

basketball games (so you have no excuse on earth not to come out to the

party).

General-admission tickets cost only $30 in advance, and

VIP tickets cost $75 for you high rollers who love special VIP tents,

additional beer samplings, and preferred stage views for the concert. To

purchase tickets online, visit newtimesbeerfest.com until August 6 at 2 p.m.

Procrastinators can still get in on the action. Prices at the gate are $40 for general admission tickets, $85 for VIP tickets.
