5. Explore The Broward Center for the Performing Arts

The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is truly one of the most gorgeous buildings in South Florida. The center, which opened in 1991, has recently been improved with the addition of the Huizenga Pavilion, a two-story glass-facade structure overlooking the river. Pairings allows you to explore the entire facility, with restaurants offering tastings both in the main theater, the Huizenga Pavilion, and the courtyard area.

4. Doing Something Great for Charity

While you're enjoying good friends and fine food, check out the fabulous prizes and gifts you can win at Share Our Strength's "Tree of Abundance". For a set donation (TBA), you'll pick a mystery gift. It could be a gift certificate to a fabulous restaurant, a bottle of vintage wine, or tickets to a show or concert. Either way, you win -- by snagging a great prize and donating to a worthy cause.

3. Food and Drink

Over 40 of South Florida's restaurants like 3030 Ocean, Tokyo Blue, Fork & Balls, and Cafe Maxx offer their most sumptuous bites -- each paired with a fine wine or craft beer -- for your ultimate dining enjoyment. Add in the best spirits, provided by Botran Rum, Herradura, Stoli, and Jack Daniel's and great live entertainment and you've got yourself a night to remember.

2. The After Party

Every great event needs an after party. There are the big Hollywood shindigs after the Oscars, the New York Fashion Week soirees, and the Pairings After-Party. Just when you thought the party was winding down, it's heating up at Mardi Gras Casino's French Quarter Restaurant on the 3rd Floor. Come and continue the party from 10 p.m. - Midnight and receive light bites and your first drink free when you show your wristband.

1. The Pictures (and Memories)
