Paws and Pizza at Georgio's Pizza Plaza: Ten Cutest Dogs You'll be Helping Out (Photos)

If there are two things almost everyone loves, it has to be pizza and puppies.

Pizza has to be the ultimate comfort food. And no one is going to love you more than a dog.

Georgio's Oven Fresh Pizza in Boynton Beach is teaming up with Warm Hearts Pet Rescue in Boynton Beach to help raise money for homeless pets. With that, we decided to put together some pictures of the ten cutest dogs you'll be helping out by attending the event.

Taking place on June 22, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Georgio's Oven Fresh Pizza will be hosting a $5 car wash in the parking lot to raise funds for Warm Hearts. The pizza shop will be handing out free samples and coupons during the event.

While Georgio's frequently gets involved with charities ranging from family-oriented benefits to veterans to pets, the restaurant recently partnered up with Warm Hearts.

Warm Hearts is a no-kill shelter and foster network dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats of all ages and breeds. In fact, it just won "Best Animal Shelter" for New Times Best Of list.

Georgio's part owner Bill Akmakjian, a rescue pet owner himself, recently got in touch with the shelter. "Warm Hearts building is being offered for sale by its owner," he said, "And they're trying to raise funds for a new location. So we thought it was a good reason to get involved."

According to store owner and area developer, Alex Caras, "We're looking forward to this family-friendly event. It will be a great place to get a car wash, a bite to eat, and a great opportunity to learn about Warm Hearts. It's going to be a great community event."
