Restaurant Roll Call for April 2011

It's that time again for our monthly restaurant roll call. April brought restaurant openings such as Peruvian eatery, Flavor of Peru in Pompano, and Parisian-inspired B'stro on the Beach at newly renovated B Ocean Fort Lauderdale Hotel. And there were a few closures as well, the most notable closure being Chef Allen's in Aventura after 25 years of business. In the comments section, let us know of any we may have missed for April.
