If you have to ask who Ron Jeremy is, you're probably no fan of porn or pop culture. The Hedgehog, as he's called, has been named as one of the "Top 50 Porn Stars of all Time" by Adult Video News and is in the Guiness Book of World Records for most appearances in adult films.

He's also a mainstream actor with dozens of movie credits and is frequently seen on those pesky VH1 celebreality shows. Now, he's selling rum.

Jeremy is on a tour to promote his newest venture Ron de Jeremy. The

94-proof spiced rum (with Jeremy's....face (get your mind out of the gutter) on every label) is distilled in

Panama and is designed to compete with Captain Morgan. There's no

competition. As Jeremy told Clean Plate Charlie, "Captain Morgan has one

leg, Ron de Jeremy has three." - get it???

If you want to see Ron Jeremy and have him sign your bottle (or boob), he's making two appearances today, September 24th.

4 - 7 p.m., Jeremy will be at Crown Wine and Spirits in Fort Lauderdale, where

he'll be offering up samples of  Ron de Jeremy and sharing stories. Crown Wine and Spirits, 1010 NE 15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale

you want to see Jeremy after-dark, he'll be at the Speamint Rhino in

West Palm Beach from 10 - midnight.  Spearmint Rhino, 2154 Zip Code

Place, West Palm Beach

Keep New Times Broward-Palm Beach Free... Since we started New Times Broward-Palm Beach, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida, and we would like to keep it that way. Offering our readers free access to incisive coverage of local news, food and culture. Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
