On Thursday, September 10 from 7 to 10 p.m., New Times' Pairings returns to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts for an evening of delicious food from South Florida's best restaurants, everything paired with a great beer, wine, or cocktail. The event, which also features live entertainment, cooking demos, and other surprises, will feature more than 30 restaurants, including:

  • Adena Grill (slow-roasted Adena beef with frisee, truffle aioli on a house-made roll)
  • Bravo Italiano Restaurant (dish TBA)
  • Cafe Maxx (shrimp and vegetable gumbo with okra and cheddar cornbread)
  • Cafe Med (pistachio -moked Gouda over penne pasta)
  • Carrabba's (chicken marsala, meatballs, and caprese skewers)
  • Colada (bacon-wrapped maduros, ham croquettas, and guava and cheese pastelitos)
  • Crepe Maker (a variety of crepes)
  • El Agave Taco Bar (dish TBA)
  • El Jefe Luchador  (dish TBA)
  • Fork & Balls (dish TBA)
  • French Quarter (dish TBA)
  • Gelato Petrini (gelato) 
  • Green Spot Kitchen (dish TBA)
  • Hardy Park Bistro (dish TBA)
  • Market 17 (braised grass-fed beef cheek with toasted farro, roasted cherry tomatoes, grilled corn, shaved radish, micro mustard greens, and smoked bone broth)
  • McCoy's Ocean Front (tuna tataki with wasabi aioli, sesame ginger glaze, and micro greens)
  • New River Grill & Pizza  (dish TBA)

  • Royal Treatz (Irish Car Bomb cupcake and Guiness Stout cupcakes)

General admission tickets for Pairings are on sale now and cost $40 through September 9. At the door, tickets will cost $55.

VIP tickets include early entrance to Pairings at 6 p.m. and a special VIP lounge with exclusive restaurants, live entertainment, and special wines, craft beers, and spirits. VIP tickets cost only $75 through September 9, or $90.50 at the door.
