South Florida Beer Week: Hollywood Beer Crawl to Benefit Covenant House

South Florida Beer Week 2013 continues to grow with another event added in Broward.

The Hollywood Craft Beer Pub Crawl on January 24 visits four different pubs, each featuring limited edition beers from a different Florida brewery, including Cigar City Brewing, Tequesta Brewing, Due South, and Holy Mackerel.

A$10 donation, which directly benefits Covenant House Florida, gets you a Drink Like a Local pint glass and coozie, special prices at each venue on the crawl, and entry into a raffle at the end of the night to win some great prizes courtesy of Brown Distributing.

6:30 p.m.: Registration begins at Tipsy Boar (1906 Harrison St.) courtesy of Covenant House Florida (registration will run until 9pm at this spot).

6:30-8 pm: Tipsy Boar, with 50-plus craft beers on tap, will feature beers from Cigar City Brewing for the crawl.

8-9 pm: The crawl moves to Whiskey Tango All-American Bar & Grill, where Holy Mackerel Beers will be on special.

9-10 pm: Crawling continues over to The Big Easy Bar & Grille for a special tapping by Tequesta Brewing Co.

10 pm - midnight: Mickey Byrnes is the final spot, with specials from Due South Brewing.
