Around and around we go; today is the start to yet another lovely workweek. Hopefully, you have a bit of a spring in your step from some indulgent weekend activities. If not, don't fret, there's still plenty of events to keep you busy through your working days.
Whether you're looking to drink some interesting beer, celebrate the earth, or stimulate those braincells with South Florida trivia while drinking, there's something to do in Broward and Palm Beach Counties this week.

When it comes to showing off in the kitchen, it all comes down to the sauce. On Monday at 7:30 p.m., Chef Jean-Pierre's Cooking School is hosting a basic sauce class. For $70 per person, guests will learn how to make the five basic "mother" sauces and complex variations of such. Visit chefjeanpierre.com.
