Ladies: it's time to pull out the wine again. On Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m., Savor Tonight is teaming up with Buccan for the next installment of women + wine. Adam Rutledge from Vinecraft will be presenting four wines from his portfolio, which will be matched by light bites by exec chef/partner Clay Conley.

Tucker Duke's Beer Dinner

Burgers and beer are a match made in heaven. So, it should come as no surprise that one of the best burger joints in the area would throw down on a brew-centric dinner. On Tuesday, Tucker Duke's summer brewmaster series is back again. This time Funky Buddha is teaming up with four brews to pair with four-courses of food. It starts at 8 p.m. The cost to attend is $45. Visit

South American Wine Tasting

The wineries of Chile and Argentina as just as diverse as you'll find in the states. On Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., Cafe Maxx is exploring South America's best with a wide range of vino from Argentina's Bodegas Nicolas Catena and Chile's Cousino-Macul. Chef Oliver Saucy will be sending out light bites to accompany the wines. The cost to attend is $35.

Summer of Rum Series

In a celebration of all things rum, Stache 1920's Drinking Den is hosting a Summer of Rum Series throughout the season. On Wednesday, it's highlighting Brugal Rums. Stache's head mixologist, Brian Sassen, is taking over the bar from 6 to 8 p.m., with demos of artisanal cocktails featuring the Dominican rum. Operating since 1888, the distillery is hailed as one of the best in the Caribbean. It uses a special method of distillation to remove impurities commonly found in other brands, and it ages all of its products in casks with the same attention to detail found in some of the world's best single-malt Scotches.

Beer Bingo

Bingo may be associated with old-folks' homes, but, like life itself, it's pretty awesome when you just add beer. To keep you moving on your way to maturity, the Riverside Market is hosting its monthly beer bingo on Wednesday at 7 p.m. It costs just five bucks for the first card and $2 for every one after that.

Ain't Life a Peach

You've heard the saying, "Just peachy," right? Any food that has come to represent things going well deserves some respect. On Thursday at 6 p.m., Publix Aprons Cooking School in Plantation is honoring the mighty peach with several recipes featuring the fuzzy fruit. The hands-on class is $40 per person.

New Italian Menu

As relaxed as it may be, Italian food is steeped in tradition. This, however, is America, and we like to switch things up regularly. On Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Chef Jean-Pierre Cooking School is hosting a new Italian cooking course, with creative takes on classic recipes. The cost to attend is $68 per person.
