After months of heading over to friends' homes or visiting your favorite bar to watch football every first day of the week, the culmination is here.

The Super Bowl is coming up this Sunday -- your favorite weekend activity is about to take a break.

You better make sure you celebrate properly while you have the chance.

To help you put together a game plan for the big game we've rounded up a list of ten places to eat, drink, and be merry while watching Super Bowl XLVIII this week.

Jack's Grumpy Grouper

This indoor/outdoor Lantana spot is offering a wide selection of food and drink deals for football fans looking to eat, drink, and be merry. Chicken nachos, six wings (jerk or barbecue), grouper fingers, and pork sliders are all available for five bucks. Fireball, Jaegermeister, Jameson, Absolut, and Wild Turkey American Honey are also $5 a piece, and a number of happy hour specials will be offered throughout the game.

Tarpon Bend

With an 11 foot projection screen T.V., this downtown Fort Lauderdale eatery is offering a wide selection of food and drink specials, including $12 bucks and $10 pitchers of Coors Light and Miller, $3 10 Cane rum drinks, $15 buckets of Corona and Corona Light, and $12 Corona Light Pitchers.

Himmarshee Public House

With 30 T.V.s and a 300 inch giant LED wall, there's no way you'll miss a play at this Fort Lauderdale bar. In addition to give aways and $2,500 in raffle prizes, the bar is serving $3 Absolut drinks in the first quarter, which will increase by a dollar every quarter until the end of the game -- it's $6 a piece in the quarter.

Grease Burger Bar

If you're looking to party on Clematis Street while watching the game, Grease is featuring food and drink specials, like $12 buckets of domestic beer, $2.50 sliders, and 75 cent wings, as well as raffles with flat-screen T.V.s and iPads. The event kicks-off at 4 p.m.

Tilted Kilt

For those who like to combine scantily clad Scottish bar maids with beer, booze, and football, this would be your place. The spot is featuring two-for-one pregame cocktails from 5 p.m. to kick-off, plus $5 Absolut drinks and $2 Heineken and Bud drafts,

Burt & Max's

This sprawling eatery with indoor/outdoor bar, patio lounge, and ample booth seating is featuring a number of deals for the day, including $5 glasses of 14 Hands Cabernet, $3 Coors Light, 75 cent wings (price per wing), $4.50 empanadas, $5 crispy chips, $12 meat lovers pizza, and $17 fish tacos.

Delux

Hosted by Miami Dolphins Running Back Lamar Miller, Delux is holding a special Super Bowl fundraiser for Glycogen Storage Disease Research. For $50 per person, the club is offering an open bar with a nice selection of craft beer and wine, a quarterly changing menu, halftime chicken wing eating contest, and raffles. Deck 84

This waterfront bar is offering a number of specials for game day. In addition to a special game day menu, the restaurant is serving 32 ounce Skyy buckets for $10 and 57 cent wings.

Funky Buddha Brewery

Football and beer are a match made in heaven -- you might as well go for the good stuff. At this Oakland Park brewery, you can watch the game while sipping on special release brews. At 5 p.m., Maple Bacon Coffee Porter, Last Snow, TyTy Berry Cream Ale, and more will be on tap. At half-time, the Whiskey Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout will be available. Chaco's Chinese Tacos going to be to on-site from noon to 5 p.m.; Palate Party takes over for the rest of the night from 5 p.m. until the game ends.

Bokampers

All three South Florida Bokampers locations (Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, and Plantation) are offering a set price Super Bowl special. For $59 per seat -- and no, we doubt that includes sitting on laps -- guests get access to a Super Bowl buffet with items like mac & cheese bites, wings, old bay shrimp, ribs, sliders, and chicken pesto Florentine as well as dessert; premium open bar; prizes; and give aways. The special runs from 6 p.m. until the end of the game. Call to reserve a seat.
