Tailgating can be a bitch. You've got to get to the stadium hours ahead of time, lug all kinds of equipment (grills, propane, charcoal, booze), and if you leave something at home (like the tickets!), you can't just turn around and get it. Once you're in Dolphins Stadium's pound-me-in-the-keester $25 parking lot, you're stuck.

Conversely, tailgating off-site -- like, say, at a restaurant -- is easy, fun, and sometimes cheaper. At least, it is at Grease Burger Bar, where its Sunday Tailgate Party each and every week during football season is the answer to the tailgate conundrum.

Saddle up and ride to the Clematis Street restaurant, where from 11:30

a.m. to 2 p.m., your pregaming needs will not be wanting. To sate your

palate, Grease is offering $1 sliders and $1 orders of barbecue chips

during that span. You can also slurp down $5 mimosas or bloody marys

too, two drinks you could never get away with sipping in a stadium

parking lot (not without a punch to the gut, anyway). For the more

traditionally minded football fan, Grease is offering $12 domestic beer

buckets all day long.

The only thing missing: The physical tailgate.

Roll up to Grease at 213 Clematis St. in West Palm Beach. Call 561-651-1075, or visit greasewpb.com.
