When you party as much as South Florida does, there's only one thing that can make a long Saturday night even better. And that would be an even boozier Sunday brunch. Luckily the half-breakfast, half-lunch is one thing that's done well in Palm Beach County, where a variety of hotels, restaurants and locals' spots offer a variety of menus, specials and -- of course -- bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary bars.

So this weekend why not try brunch with an ocean front view or a dish like S'mores French toast smothered in house-infused maple syrup - or just get hammered with $15 "never-ending" Bloody Marys.

No matter what you choose, we guarantee these spots will offer up a brunch to remember for months to come. So, here it is, the ten best brunches in Palm Beach County.

10. Deck 84

For an outdoorsy, kid-friendly brunch try Deck 84 in Delray Beach. The ranging, covered patio provides the perfect Sunday morning spot for a late breakfast or early lunch. The menu offers inventive dishes -- classic dishes with a signature Deck 84 spin, like the 24-Hour French Toast made with brioche bread and wild berries. Or try their breakfast burrito made with organic scrambled eggs, caramelized onions, roasted poblano peppers, cheddar-jack cheese and topped with a fresh enchilada sauce, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Something we've never seen before: the smoked salmon scramble made with Nova smoked salmon, goat cheese and chives. Of course, no brunch menu would be complete without a list of cocktails. There's the build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, available from noon to 3 p.m., where guests choose from more than 20 ingredients to personalize their unique cocktail, including four types of tomato juice and garnishes like celery sticks, stuffed olives, peppers, various spices, and 12 different kinds of hot sauce.

9. Caffe Luna Rosa

The brunch menu at this long-standing Delray Beach establishment is well-known for its variety, everything you'd want for a Sunday morning food-fest including several types of eggs Benedict with spinach, smoked salmon, crab meat or house roasted pastrami and served with a homemade Hollandaise sauce and crispy potato pancakes. Not to be missed: an order of the biscuits and tomato gravy, if it's available. Here, brunch is served Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., specials change weekly, service is prompt -- and it all comes with a fresh ocean breeze thanks to a beachside location directly off A1A.

8. Oli's Fashion Cuisine

With locations in Wellington and West Palm Beach, Oli's Fashion Cuisine is a great spot to help yourself to a fabulous brunch. On Sunday live music and food come together to make for the perfect way to start the day. Choose from entrees like dinner-size gourmet salads, brioche sandwiches, savory flatbreads and sharing tapas plates, rather than your boring old eggs and bacon. Of course, specialty omelets and breakfast options like homemade biscuits and gravy can be found here, too.

7. Latitudes Ocean Grill

A beachside hotel restaurant at the border of Delray Beach and Boca Raton, the Holiday Inn at Highland Beach is one of Palm Beach County's best chill spots to grab brunch on the weekends. Served via the hotel's Latitudes Ocean Grill the buffet-style brunch is served on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. For $38.95 per person you'll get a chance to grub out on 75-feet of food, with a carving station, seafood bar, omelet station, fresh fruit table, pastries -- and it all comes with a champagne toast.

6. The Wine Dive

The Wine Dive on Clematis St. in West Palm Beach has it all; good food, good atmosphere and good wine. It also has -- as it turns out -- a truly awesome Saturday and Sunday brunch. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. enjoy $10 bottomless drinks along with some of the best food in West Palm Beach, including creative dishes like s'mores stuffed French toast, or Tobasco-honey fried chicken served with a red velvet Belgian waffle. What could be better to cure a night of drinking? If you're looking for something more traditional, the Snooty plate offers two eggs any style with a choice of ham, bacon or sausage and breakfast potatoes.

5. The Terrace Restaurant at The Omphoy

Forget the Breakers -- or any other pricey Palm Beach island resort, for that matter. The real steal when it comes to a Palm Beach-style brunch is at this boutique hotel, the Omphoy Ocean Resort. Located directly on the beach, which means you can enjoy a reasonably-priced brunch with an oceanfront view just steps from your table. From noon and 3 p.m. the resort's Terrace Restaurant offers live jazz music alongside a menu with a focus on fresh, unique seafood dishes, including our favorite, a salmon tartar served with crème frâiche and bagel chips.

4. John G's

You know the food is good when it's guaranteed there will be a line out the door, and around the corner for a seat on the weekends. That's how it will be at John G's in Lake Worth this weekend. A locals' type spot that's been known for generations, John G's serves up one heck of a brunch (breakfast served until 11:45 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday). The plate to steal the show at your table: thick-sliced french toast, served multiple ways. We love the original cinnamon nut -- three slabs of moist toast coated with a layer of cinnamon-sugar and slivered almonds -- or the raisin cream cheese drenched in warm, house made raisin syrup. Just don't forget your cash (it's all they take).

3. Kapow! Noodle Bar

OK, so Kapow! always seems to have the best of everything (wings, chef, happy hour) and we're going to go ahead and admit their Sunday brunch is no different. For those Sunday mornings when you're looking to keep the good times going -- perhaps you never made it home Saturday night?! -- Kapow! Noodle Bar offers the perfect party spot. Last month they began their very own Beats, Booze & Brunch. The lounge-like outdoor courtyard between Kapow! and Dubliner at Mizner Park acts as a chill space to hang out, listen to some fresh tunes by DJ Misha Samson, and drink the $15 "never ending" mimosa and Tito's vodka Bloody Mary bar. And how about the food? You have one of the 2013 Top 10 Chefs in South Florida, Caleb Holman, cooking your breakfast.

2. Dune Deck Cafe

The Dune Deck Cafe in Lantana serves up a super-sized brunch menu from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, as well as holidays. The menu covers all the bases with dishes that cover standard breakfast like pancakes and eggs, to lunch entrees where meat is the main course. And what Florida establishment wouldn't have some seafood on the menu, too? Choose from island-style favorites like Florida stone crabs, conch fritters, coconut shrimp -- even handmade crab cakes. There's a make-your-own-omelette section, or the usual eggs Benedict. For healthier appetites, think dishes like chicken or beef brochette, two skewers of meat marinated in a special marinade, and served with savory fries and a Greek salad. A smoked salmon roulade -- an egg sponge rolled aorund Nova smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, and scallions -- is served with a bagel, sliced tomatoes and a slice of melon.

1. Sundy House

A Delray Beach favorite, Sundy House has been serving one of Palm Beach County's best brunches for over a decade. Here, grab a gourmet-style meal overlooking the hotel's Taru Gardens, from unlimited champagne and decadent desserts, to fresh-pressed waffles and hand-whipped omelets created by the restaurant's own executive chef Lindsay Autry and pasty chef Sarah Sipe. The award-winning menu of innovative cuisine consists of cross-cultural dishes with a Florida-inspired twist, and showcases seasonal ingredients. With three elegant dining rooms and adjoining outdoor patios, guests are given multiple seating options, while receiving five-star service.
