Ten Restaurants Offering World Cup Specials in Broward and Palm Beach

As the 2014 FIFA World Cup festivities begin, Broward-Palm Beach restaurants are joining in celebration as they offer drink and dining specials for avid fans that join them in cheering on the teams during a showing of a World Cup game.

Here are ten places to sit down with family and friends while you enjoy a meal and some drinks while you watch the world's teams come together for FIFA fútbol.

D'Angelo Pizza, Wine Bar and Tapas

Beginning on June 12 with the World Cup's opening ceremonies and lasting through the final game on Sunday, July 13, D'Angelo will be offering half-off all pizza and beer. Soccer fans are invited to watch the games alongside others passionate for the sport at D'Angelo's - including Angelo himself, who is from Italy, and his wife, from Brazil, who are fans of the sport.

D'Angelo has three locations. It is located in Fort Lauderdale at 4215 N. Federal Highway. It is located in Weston at 1370 Weston Road. It is located in Delray Beach at 16950 Jog Rd.

Stout Bar and Grill

Stout's World Cup 2014 Kickoff Party is at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 14. There will be 40 HDTV's and HD surround sound. Drink offers include $3 pints of Coors Light, $4 of Peroni, and $5 baby stout shots. Food specials will also be available and tailored to the countries playing that day.

Stout is located in Oakland Park at 3419 N. Andrews Ave.

Waxy O' Connor's

In addition to having regular happy hour, Waxy's will also offer World Cup drink specials like $5 draft beers, and will feature plates representing the different countries playing on select days.

Waxy's is located in Fort Lauderdale at 1095 SE 17th St.

Ye Olde Falcon Pub

During games, this pub will be offering drink specials in soccer glasses (which you get to keep) and if you buy any appetizer with a pitcher of Bud Light, you also get to keep the special glass. Additionally, a raffle will be held with giveaways.

Ye Olde Falcon's is located in Davie at 2867 S. University Drive.

Bad Boys of England

Spend $35 or more at Bad Boys of England during the World Cup game season, and get 15 percent off your order. Just head to its website and print out the special coupon.

Bad Boys of England is located in Dania Beach at 500 E Dania Beach Blvd.

Mickey Byrne's Irish Pub and Restaurant

As an official World Cup bar, Mickey Byrne's has all the Budweiser and Bud Light you could ask for, along with World Cup glasses, T-shirts, posters, coasters and more. It will also be having beer specials along with prizes and giveaways.

Mickey Byrne's Irish Pub and Restaurant is located in Hollywood at 1921 Hollywood Blvd.

100 Montaditos

Montaditos will be hosting its World Soccer Party during the cup games from June 12 through July 13, complete with specials on beer buckets (five beers per bucket) and pitchers. Bud and Bud Light buckets are $10.99 while Estrella Damm buckets are $19.99. Bud and Bud Light or sangria pitchers are $6.99, and Estrella Damm pitchers are $12.99.

Montaditos is located in Pemproke Pines at 175 N. Hiatus Road.

World of Beer

In addition to offering a worldwide selection of beer to accompany your World Cup viewings, World of Beer is also hosting a World of Beer Bracket Challenge allowing you to make your predictions and monitor standings online. The grand prizes for winners include a $200 WOB gift card for the bracket champion, a $100 WOB gift card for the semi-finals winner and a $50 WOB gift card for the quarter-finals winner. It will also have tickets to be entered into a raffle.

World of Beer has three locations in Broward-Palm Beach. It is located in Coconut Creek at 4437 Lyons Road. It is located in West Palm Beach at 101 N. Clematis St. It is located in Wellington at 2465 S. State Road 7.

Yard House

The Yard House will be offering three distinct Brazilian drink specials for you to try throughout the world cup matches, including Brazilian Mai Tai. The drinks offered will be $9.75 each.

The Yard House has three locations in Broward-Palm Beach. It is located in Boca Raton at 201 Plaza Real. It is located in Palm Beach Gardens at 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave. It is located in Hallandale Beach at 601 Silks Run, Ste. 1490.

Himmarshee Public House

Himmarshee is the Official 2014 World Cup Headquarters of Fort Lauderdale and will feature a 10-foot LED screen throughout the World Cup. Special offers include $1 off Miller and Peroni drafts, $1 off Coors bottles and weekly appetizer and main dish specials. World Cup viewings will run from Thursday, June 12 through Sunday, July 13.

Himmarshee is located in Fort Lauderdale at 201 SW 2nd St.
