Toys For Tots Food Truck Fundraiser in Miramar

Christmas is already upon us. To us at Clean Plate Charlie, that means drinking lots of eggnog, wearing ugly reindeer sweaters, and making frequent stress-filled trips to the mall to buy presents.

It's also the time of year to help people who won't have a great holiday season. Especially children.

Each year, U.S. Marines present Toys For Tots, and collect unwrapped toys to distribute to children who otherwise would go without a gift to open for the holidays.

you want to help out a local child and eat some good food, come out to

the Toys for Tots food truck fundraiser tomorrow, November 16th at the

Carnival Cruise Lines Headquarters in Miramar.

From 5 - 10 p.m., enjoy food from a dozen food trucks. Don't forget to

bring an unwrapped toy with you, because the trucks will be collecting

them for the annual drive.

To sweeten the pot, Ms. Cheezious will give a one dollar discount to anyone who donates a toy. That's one cheesy deal.

Trucks serving dinner include Ms. Cheezious,

Sugar Rush,

The Fish Box,

Latin Burger, Dim Ssam a Gogo,

Jefe's Original Fish Taco,

Sugar Yummy Mama,

Dolci Peccati

Gelato, The Red Koi,

The Flying Saucer, and

Mr. Goodstuff.

Carnival Cruise Lines, 3400 Lakeside Drive, Miramar
